Fortress 3/5 Remarkable Changes

Welcome to OPEN FORTRESS 2010
Dear Friends, It is exciting and remarkable to see transformation in a person's life, to be able to witness the beginning steps all the way through to their master strides. Jesus is in the business of changing people just like this. Most of us are in the beginning stages of our life and know that years will pass before we can stand tall like Peter and James and John in the book of Acts. We are in the section where Peter's shakiness and bursts of unfocused energy undeniably turns into solid confidence and strength! Join us this Friday as we will focus on what happens to Peter and the other apostles in Acts 4.
Message in Acts 4: Alex Belousov Hosts: Denis Verkhovtsev Come get your seats early! Starts at 7:30 PM
We will have a live band, worship, food, fellowship, and a word from the Bible. Please bring your Bibles, a friend, and a dish to share.
Hope to see you there!
God Bless, Denis

Fortress 1-29 Street Preaching

Welcome to OPEN FORTRESS 2010 This Friday we will continue in the second chapter of Acts where we see an amazing picture of what God can do through an ordinary man named Peter. The Holy Spirit had just descended from heaven and didn't waste time in doing His job: convicting hearts to man's sinful condition. Join us this Friday as we study the first recorded sermon given by Peter and the amazing reaction of the listeners. Vitaly will be presenting the message about Peter's powerful words! Message: Vitaly Cherednichenko Host: Eugen Potorac
We will have a live band, worship, food, fellowship, and a word from the Bible. Please bring your Bibles, a friend, and a dish to share.
Hope to see you there!
God Bless, Denis

Fortress 1-22 The Holy Spirit

Welcome to OPEN FORTRESS 2010 Before ascending into Heaven to be with the Father, Jesus predicted that a Comforter will be sent to guide His followers. This Holy Spirit was said to give the disciples powers to do extraordinary things! No doubt, the disciples were unsure what this meant but they waited for His presence patiently in Jerusalem as they were told. This week, a special guest speaker from Pittsburgh, will be sharing with us this incredible story. Come join us this Friday and be encouraged, strengthened, and touched by the majesty of the Holy Spirit! Message: Sergey Shulikov (Guest from Pittsburgh) Host: Vitaly Cherednichenko
We will have a live band, worship, food, fellowship, and a word from the Bible. Please bring your Bibles, a friend, and a dish to share.
Hope to see you there!

Fortress 1-15 The 120 Strong

Welcome to OPEN FORTRESS 2010 This week we will look at an interesting passage in Acts chapter 1 (link). Once the majesty of Jesus ascending into Heaven is over, the disciples remember his command and go to Jerusalem to wait for the Father's gift of the Holy Spirit. As they wait, we learn that the number of people has grown to 120 and that they are continually in prayer. As they pray, they remember a former disciple that is no longer with them named Judas. His life ended in tragedy and became a total waste. How can we explain this? How does one of Jesus' very own reject the truth? Learn what happens this Friday! Message: Said Akhmedbyev Host: Denis Verkhovtsev
We will have a live band, worship, food, fellowship, and a word from the Bible. Please bring your Bibles, a friend, and a dish to share.
Hope to see you there!
